Keith Young Engraving offers pre-engraved items, custom engraved items, and personalization.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS ON CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All custom or personalized items sales are final and not eligible for return requests. 

RETURNS ON PRE-ENGRAVED ITEMS

(NO CUSTOMIZATION OR PERSONALIZATION)

All return requests for pre-engraved items that have not been customized or personalized are up to the discretion of Keith Young Engraving.  If return request is approved, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

All sale and clearance items sales are final and not eligible for return requests.

RETURN PROCESS

To have a return request considered for approval, contact Keith Young Engraving directly at info@keithyoungengraving.com.  Please provide your name, contact number, description of item ordered, and state your request.

If your return request is approved, you will be instructed on the next steps.
